Rick Vipperman has over 30 years of leadership development experience including Founder and President of LeadFirst & Associates, an international firm that focused on executive level leadership. 

After selling his firm in 2005, Rick reunited with LeadAdvantage as Senior Consultant and Facilitator, and now as a Business Advisor, to continue his career-long pursuit of working with organizations to create and strengthen a more  productive operating environment. 

Rick holds a  degree from the Citadel and after his service in the Air Force pursued his career in banking and ultimately leadership development, working with clients such as American Airlines, Belk Stores, Husqvarna, and IBM.
